Helen is a Ukrainian certified attorney-at-law and an international attorney-at-law registered in the Slovak Bar Register. In addition to obtaining her law degree in Ukraine, Helen completed her master's degree in International and European Law at the leading Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, and received a Master of Laws academic degree. Helen has also completed professional language courses and is fluent in Slovak, English, Russian and Ukrainian. Therefore, it is no problem to build comfortable communication with a client in any of these languages and facilitate the task for the client.

Helen's key areas of legal specialization for more than 15 years of legal practice are: corporate and business law, migration law, support of international and cross-border transactions and disputes, representation of clients in courts and arbitration proceedings.

Another area of interest of Helen Vyshniakova is holding lectures and seminars on legal issues. At such events, Helen not only shares her knowledge, but also gains new experience, which she later uses for the benefit of the client.
